About INDIBA
INDIBA is a radiofrequency thermal device also used in medical settings. Rather than warming from the outside like a sauna or a hot stone bath, it works at a depth of roughly 6 to 12 cm, where warmth is generated by friction within the cells themselves.
This is known as Joule heating. The temperature inside the body rises by a few degrees, and that warmth lingers after the session ends — reaching the foundations that surface care finds hard to touch, when cold, heaviness or a general dullness are on your mind.
At Cera we build each session around this deep warmth, working from how your body is on the day rather than from a fixed template. Our focus is not slimming alone, but spending time with your overall condition.
