Care Schedule

A guide to visits.

Visits are usually planned around how the downtime period unfolds. Below is one example, offered only as a guide. Please obtain approval from the doctor at your clinic first, then talk to us.

Around 2-4 weeks after (once stitches are out and your doctor has approved)

After liposuction, a thread lift or similar work at a cosmetic clinic, there is a "downtime period" when firmness, puffiness and tightness are often on your mind. Post-procedure care is simply about how that period is spent.

At Cera we use INDIBA's deep warmth, warming gently from within, working with how your body is on the day. Never pushing — simply time to pass that period calmly.

When can I start coming after my procedure?
Everyone's experience differs. Please obtain approval from the doctor at your clinic first, then talk to us. Before booking we will ask about the area, how you are progressing, and whether your doctor has approved. If on the day we judge that the treatment would not be appropriate, we will not go ahead, and there will be no charge.
I am concerned about firmness after liposuction. Can I come?
We are often asked about how to spend that period. Individual experiences differ, and whether and when a treatment is appropriate depends on your condition. Please obtain approval from the doctor at your clinic first, then talk to us. On the day we check how you are and stay gently alongside that period with deep warmth. If we judge it would not be appropriate, we will not go ahead, and there will be no charge.
How often, and for how long, should I come?
It depends on your condition and the procedure you had. We will suggest something reasonable for your downtime period, so please just ask.
Do I need my doctor's approval?
Yes. For your safety we ask that you obtain approval from the doctor at your clinic before visiting. If you are unsure, please ask us.
Can I talk to you before booking?
We always ask how you are before beginning. If you book and come in, we will go through the area, your progress and whether your doctor has approved, and suggest what suits you on the day. If we conclude a treatment would not be appropriate, we will not go ahead and there will be no charge — so you are welcome to book even if you only want to talk.
Are there times when I cannot receive the treatment?
Depending on your condition, we may decide not to go ahead. In that case there is no charge, so please feel free to talk to us.
